LEXNordics AB is a joint venture between LEX247 and Karnov Group and situated in Sweden.

LEXNordics AB’s product is a digital practice management solution designed for law firms and the legal profession. The company’s target is to gain a substantial share of the market in the Nordic region within a few years.

Our ambitions are high as are our growth expectations.

We are looking for the right profile to head this endeavour.

 

Based in the Karnov Group office in Copenhagen, your job will be to:

  • Develop the market in the entire Nordic region and create a profitable business - you will have full P/L responsibility
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy
  • Be the face of the company and lead sales directly as well as indirectly
  • Grow and develop the business and contribute in ensuring that the service of LEX247 meet the needs and wishes of the customers at all times
  • Build and develop the organisation as sales grow
  • Take the lead in regards to sales and take advantage of all market opportunities

 

Who are you?

  • You may have done this before or been part of a similar setup
  • You have extensive experience in SaaS and have a natural understanding of the digital transformation
  • You may have sales experience in regards to the target market – if so, it is a big plus
  • You have sales experience in all of the Nordic Region (Denmark, including the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Norway and Finland)
  • Maybe your background is in law? Most importantly, however, is your commercial experience and understanding
  • You have a hands-on attitude – you take action and show leadership
  • You are extremely motivated, and you are self-propelled
  • You have a positive mind-set – you see challenges, never problems
  • You are an extrovert person, motivated by being part of a successful team
  • You have a strong commercial way of thinking

We expect you to speak Danish or Swedish fluently. Furthermore, you speak English on negotiation level.

You should expect a large degree of travelling - approximately eighty days a year.
