Project Manager for PPMO

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to drive projects within Karnov Group throughout the whole value chain.

In the role as Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager you will have 1-3 projects at any given time - depending on the projects’ complexity, scale, timeframe etc.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive project execution across Karnov Group; develop project charter, plans, embed risk mitigating actions and secure stakeholder buy-in at all times.
  • Ensure agreed project KPIs are meet.
  • Apply best project management practices to lead and steer the project team members safely through all stages of the project.
  • Effective communication with all the cross functional business partners to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the PPMO’s continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for you who are or have:

  • An academic degree e.g. from Copenhagen Business School.
  • Experience from commercial industry.
  • 5+ years proven experience working in an R&D environment with project management, successfully delivering on deadlines.
  • Knowledge of - and experience working with SAFE/SCRUM.
  • Structured and ambitious and thrives on challenges.
  • A high energy level, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Enjoy collaborating with people and building relationships.
  • Self-starter, proactive and can work independently with little supervision.

Some travel activities in the Nordics can be expected (approx. 10 days per year).
