One of the leading legal publishers in Scandinavia is looking for a Scrum Master to help two of our Agile digital product teams achieve success in a changing governance environment, where Scrum, Kanban, Agile and DevOps are the new cornerstones. We are working in a customized Scaled Agile setup with 2-week Sprints and quarterly planning.

  • Keep the teams and stakeholders on track within the Agile framework in alignment with other teams
  • Ensure goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
  • Support techniques for effective Product Backlog management, such as meeting facilitation, estimation, best practice for features and user stories, dependency management, risk mitigation etc.
  • Provide transparency for all stakeholders inside and outside of the Scrum Team
  • Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical, incremental product development
  • Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
  • Work with other actors in the Agile framework to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
  • You will be working in our Group Tech department in the Copenhagen office, but some travel to Stockholm must be expected one or two days per month.

Your profile

  • You know how to help a team remove impediments and improve their process on an iterative basis
  • You have experience with identifying Agile anti-patterns and how to help the teams resolve them
  • You have a solid, wide and deep toolbox of facilitation techniques, Agile methods and principles, but you also know how to adapt and tweak your tools
  • You have a good balance between a strong understanding of your methodology and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • You understand and embrace the role as a Servant Leader in an organization that is still finding its way into Agile territory
  • You don’t have to be a technical profile originally, but you have a solid general understanding of the nature and challenges of digital product development
