• Be the change agent that has a continuous improvement mindset
• Be an Agile Coach across the organisation when required and possible
• Perform as Scrum Master for agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum Events ensuring that these take place and achieve their purpose
• Assist in identifying and removing impediments
• Support the ongoing Scaled Agile implementation and the implementation of Scrum and Kanban across teams
• Facilitate interactions with Product Managers (Product Owners) and stakeholders across the organisation with a focus on end-user value delivery
• Keep the teams and stakeholders on track within the Agile framework in alignment with other teams
• Ensure goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
• Support techniques for effective Product Backlog management, such as meeting facilitation, estimation, best practice for features and user stories, dependency management, risk mitigation etc.
• Provide transparency for all stakeholders inside and outside of the Scrum Team
• Coach the Development Team in self-organisation and cross-functionality
• Help colleagues and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical, incremental product development
• Work with other actors in the Agile framework to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation.

You will join our team of Scrum Masters and refer to the Director of Software Engineering. Your daily work will be in our office in Copenhagen close to Nørreport but some travel to Stockholm must be expected, one or two days per month.

Your profile

• A Scrum Master certification is a must
• You are an experienced Scrum Master who has a laser-sharp focus on getting the most out of Agile methodologies to the benefit of everyone involved, from the end-user over stakeholders to the Development Team
• You have some experience as Agile Coach on cross team/company level
• You know how to help a team remove impediments and improve their process on an iterative basis
• You have experience with identifying Agile anti-patterns and how to help the teams resolve them
• You have a solid, wide and deep toolbox of facilitation techniques, Agile methods and principles, but you also know how to adapt and tweak your tools
• Knowledge and experience from a Scaled Agile setup
• You have a good balance between a strong understanding of your methodology and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• You understand and embrace the role as a Servant Leader in an organisation that is still finding its way into Agile territory
• You are used to English as your working language.
