About the job | Expert on research and testing in product development
As our new UX Researcher in the User Experience & Design team you conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions, during both the discovery and delivery phases of the design process. You act as an expert on how to do research and testing right and assist designers and product managers in defining metrics and ways of measuring.
You reveal user needs and behaviors through fieldwork, interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing and more. You take care of the entire process of researching and testing; set research and test goals, plan, recruit users, arrange for technical tracking, conduct the actual research or testing, as well as analyze and synthesize data. You convey findings both directly and through presentations, recommendations, reports and various kinds of mappings such as user journey mappings, service blueprints, affinity diagrams and more.
Although you will not be doing any designing yourself, you will have a central role in the process, being the expert on retrieving knowledge about our users.
Besides that, you will maintain and evolve our Persona Tool.
The User Experience & Design team in Karnov Group is a small team working closely together with Product Managers, Developers and Business Development to achieve company and product goals. The team is part of the Technology Organization, that includes a diverse bunch of people from various parts of the world all aiming to deliver the best possible solutions for our users and for having a fun and inspiring day, every day.
