About
The Nordic Commercial Law Review (NCLR) serves as a platform for publishing high-quality legal articles originally published in a language other than English within the Nordic countries. These articles are translated into English and updated to reflect current circumstances at the time of NCLR publication. Articles published up to 10 years prior may be republished in NCLR, provided they are revised to ensure relevance. NCLR also welcomes original articles published for the first time in its journal.
To be considered for publication, articles must address topics related to Nordic commercial law broadly and appeal to an English-speaking audience. Articles with a general focus on commercial law and a Nordic perspective are particularly suitable, as are those discussing theoretical and methodological aspects of Nordic commercial law.
NCLR is published by Karnov and is available open access, ensuring articles are freely accessible beyond the publisher's paywall.
